작업강도 올리는 원가 절감 반대한다

지금 생산 현장에  책임 공방이 한창입니다.
작업자가 동의했니  안했니........

현장 감독자 , 관리자들은  회사편에서서  싸우고 있고,
현장 작업자는  노동 강도 올리는  원가 절감  반대하고 있습니다.

지금 생산 현장에 뜨거운 감자가  되어 싸우고 있는 중입니다.
저도 작업자  입장에서  답답하기 그지 없습니다.

원가를  절감한답시고,  부품자제  세개  볼트가  고정으로 부착되어오는데,
그 중하나를 빼버려,  스로틀  바디 취부하는데,  어려움을 겪었고,  시간도 많이 걸립니다.

2003년에는  스로틀바디 (스몰)  부픔 자재가  4개가  고정으로  부착되어 나왔습니다.
그때는  4개를  다 끼워서  작업할려니,  스로틀 바디 취부가 잘 안돼,  작업자  동의하에
4개에서 3개로  줄여, 현재까지 왔습니다.

회사에서는  원가  절감한답시고,  고정 볼트를  3개에서 2개로  줄여 문제가 되고 있습니다.
끼우기도 어렵고,  작업 시간도 많이 걸리고........
위 관리자들은  라인을 안타고, 성과물로 가져가서 좋겠지만,
작업자들은  노동 강도로 이어지기 때문에  반대합니다.
원래대로  고정 볼트  3개를 유지하는 것이  최선이라고 생각합니다.

회사의 차선책은  인정하고 싶지 않네요. (원가 절감이 목표니까.........)

담당 대의원이 개입했으니까 ,  좋은  결과를 기대합니다.
