2013년 종합검진대상자중 연수동 인근 거주조합원들에게 알려드립니다.

 

2013년 노사합의로 종합검진병원을 기 선정되었습니다.

기 선정된 병원은 현장에 배포된 리플렛으로 참고 해 주십시오.

 

선정된 병원 중 나은병원(가좌동 소재)에서

종합검진센터(연수구 송도동 29-13번지 IBS빌딩 6층))를 개설하여 종합검진 지역이 확대 되었기에 공지합니다.

 

조합원들께서는 병원을 선택하여 종합검진을 받으실 수도 있으며, 지역을 선택하셔서 종합검진을 받으실 수도 있습니다.
