주간연속 2교대제라

주간연속 2교대제가 라인에서 고생하시는 조합원들의 가장 큰 호응을 불러 일으켜야만 하는데 어쩌면 가장 불만을 많이 표출하고 곳이 되었다.
부서협의로 짭을 9대나 올려도 말을 못하던 조합원들이 그거에 기인해서 짭인상을 전제로 보상을한 현대나 기아의 예가 있음에도 부서협의로 짭을 올리고도 대의원들에게 말을 못하더니 
임투에서 가장 혜택을 보았다고 자부하는 조립라인에서 불만이 가장크고 그냥 현행대로 근무하는걸 요구하는것을 보니까 아직은 할만한가하는 생각이 드네요.

일을안한 잔업을 보상하라 보상금액이 적다 아무것도 나온게 없다 등 돌대가리도 아니고 누가 선동하면 그런가하며 쫒아가는 조립라인 그래가지고 무슨 발전을 기대하겠나.

누가 비난받아야하는지도 모르고 들이대는 당신들을 보면서 멀었다는 생각이 들었다.
옆에서 구경하기에 아까워서 녹음을 하였는데 나중에 올리도록 하지요.

아직은 실력이 안되어서 배워서 올릴게요.
조립부가 무엇인가 보상을 받고 일하고 싶으면 대의원부터 제대로 뽑아라 멍충이들아

부서협의후 술자리에서 합의하고 출근해서는 아니다고하고 
싸인해놓고도 아니라고 우기는 대의원들이 조립1부 대의원들이다

그래도 좋단다 자기 대의원은 열심히 한단다.
자기 조직 대의원은 믿을수 있단다.

이런게 조립부다 챙피한지는 알아야지
뭐가 옳은지도 모르면서 알려고 하지도 않는다 
대의원이 아니라고 하면 아닌것으로 알고 앵무새처럼 지져귄다.

개념도 없는것들이 무슨 불만 
옆에서 보기에도 아깝다.
대세가 그러니 말도 못하겠는게 정서다.

대의원 욕하면 불이익이 대단하다.
ㅈ나게 뺑뺑이처야 정신을 차릴것 같다.
