아직 해야 할 일들과 넘어야 할 산들이 많은 노동조합입니다.
현재의 주변 상황들이 그렇고요..
시작한지 얼마되지 않아 일을 진행 하다보면 사람이기에 실수도 할수있다고 생각합니다.
진짜 문제는 어찌보면 이 단순한 실수를 깨끗하게 인정하고 다시는 이런 일들이 일어나지 않도록 하면 되는 문제인데 그렇게 하지 않는데에 있는것 같습니다.
순간을 모면할수야 있겠지요. 
조합원들은 절대 바보들이 아닙니다..
장기근속 기념품도 그렇고 장기근속잔치도 그렇고 맹oo전무 영입 과정에서도 노동조합의 입장이나 행동은 정말 쓸데없는 오해와 억측들을 야기하고 있습니다.
하루빨리 관련 사실들을 깔끔하게 정리하고 털어내시길 진심으로 바랍니다.
